Aerodynamic Particle Size Distribution
By measuring the drug particle size distribution, we approximate the amount and location of aerosol particle deposition in lung. Using methods in accordance with pharmacopeia, we determine aerodynamic particle size distribution (APSD) by cascade impaction. The two instruments commonly used for APSD measurement include the Anderson Cascade Impactor (ACI) and the Next Generation Impactor (NGI).
